Legacy Ridge Golf Course
The Legacy Ridge Golf Course is a popular attraction in the area that is located at 104th Avenue in the beautiful city of Westminster. Legacy Ridge opened in the fall of ‘94 and to this day continues to entice golfers from all over the metropolitan area. Nestled into the foothills of the Rockies is where the magic of Legacy Ridge begins. At almost every hole on the course you will find native grass and wetlands that are off limits, but typical of courses designed by Arthur Hills. There are also a variety of tees available for golfers at every skill level. You will also come across water on each hole, except for one, along the 1st nine holes.

The Promenade has four major attractions that include: AMC 24 Movie Theater, the Ice Centre, a Westin Hotel and Conference Center, and the Butterfly Pavilion.
"Westminster Center Park Wins Big"
The new Westminster Center Park at 4801 W. 92nd Ave. received two prestigious awards at the Colorado Parks and Recreation Association conference. The Starburst Award is given by the Colorado Lottery for a project that achieves its goal, uses Lottery funds creatively and has an economic and social impact to the community. The Columbine Award, given by CPRA recognizes excellence in park design. The park, adjacent to City Hall, was funded through the parks, open space and trails sales tax extension and grants provided by Adams County Open Space and Great Outdoors Colorado, a division of the Colorado Lottery. The versatile, unique 9.5-acre park delights everyone, and usage has surpassed all expectations.
The City of Westminster is one of the most digitally savvy cities in the nation, according to an annual study conducted by the Center for Digital Government, a national research and advisory institute on information technology in government and education. Westminster ranked fourth in the population category of 75,000 to 125,000, moving up one spot from its fifth-place finish last year. This is the sixth year in a row that Westminster has received a top 10 ranking. Westminster is the only Colorado city to maintain a top-10 rating for the last six years in the category.
According to Money Magazine, Westminster, Colorado is the #24 place to live in the USA.This beautiful city has a population of roughly 106,000, making Westminster a very large suburb of Denver.Westminster is a part of Adams and Jefferson counties and offers a variety of schools, whether they are Elementary, Middle or High School. Front Range Community College also has a great campus right in the middle of Westminster.
Westminster is known for having great open spaces and trails along the Big Dry Creek. In fact, WESTMINSTER IS THE LEADER in GREEN SPACE among 29 selected cities along the Front Range. Only one city has a higher percentage (Boulder). The Big Dry Creek Trail extends 10 miles from Westminster all the way to Standley Lake. A very exciting attribute that Westminster has is the Westminster Promenade area, which is only a short drive from the Flatirons Crossing Mall in Broomfield. This area includes movie theaters, miniature golf, Sun Micro-systems 3 rink ice arena, Splitz bowling alley and plenty of fantastic restaurants.
Also nearby is the Westminster Mall, which offers over 140 great stores as well as fabulous restaurants nearby. This all resides near the fantastic recreation center and Hyland Hills Golf Courses.These golf courses include a 7-hole par 3 junior course, a 9-hole par 3 course, a 9-hole course, an 18-hole 4 star course, 3 exciting miniature golf courses, and a spectacular go-kart track.
